I have been bringing my Chevy to Art at GM Exclusive since February 2020. I get my oil changed every 5k miles and have left other recommendations to Art to let me know what is needed. It's really important to me that my vehicle never breaks down due to lack of maintenance or oversight. Art has been wonderful in addressing my fears and has never sold me work or parts I didn't need. He runs GM Exclusive with the utmost integrity and honesty, and I know this from 55 years of dealing with shops of every kind and encountering the opposite. GM Exclusive is completely professional, they have decades of experience and they're worth every penny. I love this shop and the people who run it and work there. Thank you for all your help and your patience with my OCD worrying about my van. GM Exclusive is the greatest.

Art serviced my new C8 2022 Corvette yesterday. He has been my guy for all 3 of my Corvettes . He is better then a dealership. Way better. He has all the certifications and continues to update his knowledge to keep up with the changing technology. Do yourself and your pocketbook a favor, and visit GM Executive for all of your GM needs. You will be glad you did. Nobody even comes close to this company. Knowledge care and friendly guaranteed service just like the dealer, but way better. I've been taking my 2011 Cadillac to GM Exclusive for many years now. Art (owner/mech) provides all of the attributes you want in an auto shop: professional, knowledgeable, experienced, competent, transparent, fair, honest, and super nice and friendly as well! And Veronica (front office) is super. They are a pretty busy shop, but always they've been able to get things done when needed, and always on time. They have lots of regulars - long time customers. That says something. My highest recommendation to Art and the crew at GM Exclusive.

I have known of this exclusive to GM shop, for decades...I EXCLUSIVELY, worked on my own vehicles, until being robbed of everything I owned!!! Not sure what Momo refers to. I'm a female with no auto mechanics knowledge and I've never been patronized to by anyone in this shop, either by phone or in person, during the countless interactions I've had with them since 2014 (almost ten plus years). But I guess that in this day and age perceptions reign, it's way easier to be offended by a well intended word, or even another's tone of voice. Therefore, it's easy to forget that communications by telephone or text are easier to misconstrue than if you are dealing with someone in person. When others get a knee jerk reaction to sling mud at a small "mom and pop" as opposed to sit down with the owner/manager, and base their review on feelings as opposed to the actual service they are literally playing with the livelihood of those who are employed there. Needless to say, I've been treated with nothing but the utmost respect and fairness by this business and their employees. I've been taking my old Buick Le Sabre to GM Exclusive for years and you could not persuade me to go anywhere else. This is a reputable business, Art is honest, will not scalpel you, and his ethics are incomparable to any other shop I've been to. I would not be surprised if I got told that the service here is better, more financially reasonable, or that it surpasses the services from any GM dealership. Art does not need expensive commercials to tout the professionalism and quality of his services. Word of mouth from all of those who bring their vehicles to him, regardless if it's for an usual oil change or something more complicated will be living proof of why he has a loyal customer base. This guy is the best mechanic in town. I've been going to him for over 22 years and he has never let me down. He is very knowledgeable and has really got me through some tough times. Although this was just "oil change" time, Art checks out any questions we may have and trouble shoots each concern to let's us know if anything is required. We have taken both of our vehicles to GM Exclusive for many years and know we have a personal friend for all our vehicle needs. Just before a 3-week, 4300 mile trip we took, he made sure our car was ready for the road. So happy we have a dependable and trustworthy dealer to lean on these days. Update: 9-30-22..Woke up to a dead battery and Art was able to get our car in and back to us on same day. We know he was busy but I believe all his customers believe they are his favorites. He is always right there for us! His work ethic is beyond question, and it makes us very thankful. We are so grateful to have "personal" care given to our cars each and every time!

I have a story to tell, my Chevy Cruze had a problem with its power steering. Art went through everything by the book. It came down to my power steering unit was bad. Parts and labor it was going to be about $1650. He spent lots of time talking to AC Delco (the manufacture the electrics for Chevy). He found out it was going to take more parts he was going to help me out with costs. But Art was not sure that the experts knew how to fix the problem best way. By him taking time and thinking it through he found the problem and was able to correct it. This is the important part to me. When it was all done. Art gave me the bill and it was $575. Instead of $1650. He had me. But this is the important part about a third of the cost. This man has done my GM work for about 15 years and every time it has been excellent work and always a good value. Thank you Art and your team at GM Exclusive you guys are the greatest. Denny Banks

Today's visit was an oil change, while I waited. Scheduling a time to come in was easy. Art, the owner of GMExclusive, keeps his appointments, is very conscientious about the customer's time, finding out in advance the customer plans on waiting or returning at a later time. I have been bringing my Corvette(s) to Art for nearly 20 years. I would not trust repairs and maintenance of my car to anyone else. In fact, I'm considering buying a sedan, and it has to be a GM Car because I plan on bringing it to GM Exclusive. If you have a GM car, stop looking for a mechanic - you have found one in ART.
