  • The pads appear thin: If you look through the spokes of your wheel, you will be able to see the brake pads. There should be at least 1/4 of an inch of pad that’s visible. If it’s anything less than that, we advise getting them replaced.
  • Your brake pedal is pulsating: “Pulsating” is referring to the vibration or consistent grabbing that the happens when you depress the brake pedal. Normally, this is a result of brake pads that have become worn out.
